To enable Google Analytics tracking – go to Courses->Settings, and under the Payment and Integration tab scroll down until you see the Google Analytics fields:
- The Google Analytics 4 ID is required to use Google Analytics. More info on how to obtain one can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080#trackingID
- The Domain Name field is no longer being used and will be removed in the future. For now, it is recommended to setup cross-domain measurement via the admin page of GA https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/10071811#setup.
- The Enable Tracking checkbox adds the standard Google Analytics code to all the site pages. If you are already using another Google Analytics plugin or if the tracking code is already on the theme being used then this is not necessary.
- Anonymize IP Addresses can be checked for countries that requires it. More info https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=en
- Check Track Purchases if you want to track each successful purchase.
Find the reports
- Sign in to Google Analytics.
- Open the Reports link from the sidebar.
