It’s possible to integrate MoneyBird invoices together with Poppyz Invoices. This will create an invoice in MoneyBird after an invoice is created on Poppyz.<\/p>\n

  1. To start, go to Courses -> Settings<\/strong><\/em> and click on the Integratie<\/strong> tab.
    \n\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. The Administration ID<\/strong> can be found in the address bar when you are loggedin on your MoneyBird account.<\/li>\n

  4. To get an API Key, click on the gear icon at the top and click User account<\/strong>. Select Developers<\/strong> in the sidebar.

  5. Click on the Create API Token<\/strong> button.

  6. Fill in a name of your choosing, we suggest using your website’s name.\u00a0 Click on API Token for personal usage<\/strong> and make sure all the features are checked. Click Save<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  7. The API key will be displayed as the access token, copy it and enter it on the API Key field of Poppyz Settings and save.

  8. Once the MoneyBird details have been saved, you can choose 3 settings from MoneyBird: Profile, Workflow, and Taxrate.

  9. These options can be changed inside your MoneyBird account by going to Settings:

  10. In the Settings page, you can change the Invoice Profile, Invoice Workflow and Tax rate by using the following:

  11. To keep data in sync with Poppyz keep in mind that the tax rate<\/strong> should be the same as the tax rate<\/strong> set on Poppyz Invoice settings.\u00a0 This can be found on the Payment<\/strong> tab.
